NanoWallet – Super Thin Smart Wallet

Tired of carrying a bulky wallet? The NanoWallet is here to streamline your essentials with a sleek, ultra-thin design measuring less than 6mm. This minimalist wallet is designed to accommodate the SwitchBot Wallet Finder* (thanks to a convenient hole for the button) and one extra card.

  • Customisable Design: The provided files are plain, but you can personalise your wallet by laser-etching a design or adding inlays through extrusion.
  • Flexible Thickness: Included is an F3D file, so you can easily adjust the thickness to suit your needs if you require more space.
  • Versatile Use: In the photos, I’ve used the M1 Ultra to create a butterfly inlay and the F1 Ultra to etch a bear design into a black NanoWallet—great examples of how you can make the design uniquely yours!

Description

This includes
  • NanoWallet Top and Bottom
  • F3D File included to allow you to change the size of the wallet to suit your needs
How to make
  • Open the F3D file and change the parameters if you want to adjust any of the dimensions
  • Print – I used black and white PLA from Elegoo* (my fave filament!).  And I used the Bambu 3D Effect Sheet* to snazz up the surface of the print! I used the starry sheet for the white wallet and the diamond sheet for the black one.
  • Carefully superglue the top and bottom parts together
  • Decorate if desired. I used the xTool F1 Ultra’s* fibre laser to etch a bear into the black PLA (note, this will not work with all colours of PLA, such as white). For the white wallet I extruded a butterfly and used the xTool M1 Ultra* to laser cut abalone and mother of pearly inlays for the wings. I used its blade cutter to cut black vinyl for the butterfly’s body and gold vinyl for the outline on the wings.
