There is absolutely no excuse not to – if you woodwork (dust), 3d print (VOCs), cook (smoke), clean (chemicals) or live in a city (pollution) or the countryside (wood fires)… you will find these incredibly useful and they will shape your health in ways you never imagined. Even general mental alertness with the CO2 sensing I’ve found transformational.
